Important Notes About Health Data Syncing

• After connecting and allowing access to your health data, please remember to open the AIA+ app and sync your data regularly, as some apps or devices may not automatically send data to AIA Vitality.

• We recommend syncing your data at least 30 minutes after your workout, or at least 2 or 3 times a week, to avoid missing out on AIA Vitality points.

• The system can retrieve historical data for points calculation for up to a maximum of 30 days and only for data that still exists in the original app or device, if you do not sync your data regularly. If the data has already been deleted, for example by deleting the app or clearing app data, the system will not be able to retrieve that data for points calculation.

• You'll be awarded the highest exercise points from a single activity for the day. Earn up to 15,000 exercise points each membership year from activities including:

  1. (1) Workout tracking with fitness device (up to 100 points/day) or
  2. (2) Exercise at a partner gym (earn 100 points/day) or
  3. (3) Fitness events e.g. marathon (up to 1,500 points/day) or
  4. (4) Join online fitness class (earn 50 points/day, up to 6,300 points/membership year)

• The workout activities (e.g. steps, heart rate, speed) tracked by fitness devices/apps depend on the device models and features. Not all models tracks all workout activities.
